Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has begun or materials have been ordered. Deposits are used to secure scheduling, labor, and materials and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Any concerns regarding workmanship or service should be communicated promptly so we can address them in a fair and professional manner. All refund or adjustment requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed service agreement.
